Cancellation Policy

To cancel a paint party in studio, please let us know more than 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule without additional fees. We do not offer refunds except when we initiate cancellation. If you need to cancel and cannot reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. If we have not yet purchased supplies for the party, we will try our best to work with you as best as we can on a partial refund. However, since these parties do require supplies and shutting down our studio for a time, we still reserve the right to refuse any refund. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for paint parties that have more participants than mentioned upon scheduling the paint party. This fee, if applied, will be a $40 fee per extra participant and will be due upon arrival. If unpaid, the party will be cancelled. It may be refunded or rescheduled at our sole discretion. We will do our best to work with any scenario and hope to never have to cancel or refuse a refund. Thank you for understanding!
